Faranak is a key member of this high-performance GSI team, successfully leading the strategy, structuring and negotiation of largest complex opportunities with Google\u2019s customers and partners in EMEA, at Google\u2019s top executives attention. Faranak\u2019s ability to close complex opportunities highlights her impact within the organization. Faranak fosters a spirit of inclusion and open-mindedness within Google. Her extensive experience working in leadership positions across Europe, China, Middle East, Africa and currently the EMEA region allows her to connect effectively with a diverse range of customers and partners, having a cultural fluency which is instrumental in her success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to Google Faranak worked for SAP and joined Global Strategic Initiatives in 2015 initially located in The Netherlands focusing on SAP EMEA North region (Great Britain, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic countries) and moved to Dubai in August 2016 focusing on SAP EMEA South region (Africa, Middle East, South Europe: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey). In 2019, Faranak led the Greater China region for Global Strategic Initiatives and was based out of Shanghai. Between 2020 and 2022 , Faranak led many engagements in Europe, Middle East and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faranak is very passionate about diversity and inclusion. Faranak brilliantly mentors women within Google.
